Shoe Fetish

Due to my shoe fetish, i was surfing youtube.com for the trends in women's footwear for the upcoming season from the fashion shows. I came across one of my favorite designers (designer spotlight coming soon) Valentino's show and began to drool! Check out the show and let me know what you think.

The Shade of Beauty...

While going about my daily ritual of seeing what new and interesting in "Hollywood" by perusing celeb gossip site JustJared I came across this story on Vanity Fair's "The New Hollywood" issue i noticed something missing. What, you ask? Diversity. There not one representation of any ethnic backgrounds. I know that it is completely up to the individual to decide who they feel may have staying power in Hollywood but surely the talent the is Zoe Saldana or Gabourey Sidibe could be seen as power players in Hollywood, right? I guess we still have a lot of work to do in changing the image of Hollywood. What do you think about the Mag's selection? Check out what theybf.com had to say about it.

Men's Shoes

Maybe it's just me, but i wish i could stop some men in the streets and change their shoes! Either old and dusty or just wrong some men need a little direction. Again I am no men's fashion expert but I know what I like! Try these on for size.

Beauty First

So i am a cosmetic neophyte. I only wear make-up when i go out at night (which is not very often) an when i do it's the same thing, earth tones in eye shadow, black mascara, and nude or slightly tinted lip. I need an update and although this clip from Vogue.TV is not made for a woman of my color, i still found it helpful. Check it out.
